Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning projects with business objectives. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee the execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Define project goals, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
