Responsibilities & Context
US Bangla Airlines, is one of the prominent private companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee for its Medical Tourism concern (MediTrip), who can work independently or with a team and has relevant experience.
- Law or commerce graduate with excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Draft, review, and negotiate multinational agreements and contracts.
- Review and redline all agreements and contracts to secure organizational interests.
- Draft MoUs, LOIs, and agreements capturing requirements of the cross-functional team.
- Draft and manage legal documents as required.
- Conduct commercial modeling as required by management.
- Perform data analysis and track key contracts, expiry dates, renewals, addendums, etc.
- Handle end-to-end contract management.
- Undertake any other projects as assigned by the line manager or management.
