Responsibilities & Context

Assist machine operators in starting, operating, and shutting down hygiene machines.
Supply raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables to machines as required.
Ensure uninterrupted material flow during production.
Monitor machine functions and promptly inform operators/supervisors of any abnormalities.
Help in machine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments under operator guidance.
Assist in changeover processes (e.g., size/format change, roll replacement).
Remove defective or rejected items and keep the line free from waste accumulation.
Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality compliance protocols strictly.
