Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure that all equipment operates in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.· Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability when needed.
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality parts and materials at competitive prices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in maintenance operations.
Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance best practices.
