• Working experience in water supply industry or engineering management, should be familiar with construction business process and construction technology.

• Familiar with water supply and drainage industry related knowledge and pipe network operation and maintenance technology, understand related engineering laws, regulations and standards.

• Proficient in Office software and GIS system.

• Be good at not only communication and coordination but organization and management.

• Good sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities & Context

United Delcot Water Ltd, a joint venture between Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. and Delcot Water Ltd. The first water PPP project in Purbachol New Town. We are Looking for a candidate who has previous experience as Maintenance In Charge in any water production & distribution project.

• Leading the subordinates to effectively carry out the work like water connection installation, pipe network maintenance, pipe network inspection, pipe network leak detection, illegal inspection, zoning measurement and other work.
• Leading the subordinates to control the construction schedule, quality, safety and cost of installation projects.
• Leading the subordinates to apply for construction, filing, technical data sorting and archiving of installation projects.
• Assisting the customer service director to deal with major engineering accidents, coordinating major project issues and disputes, and proposed solutions to major engineering accidents and engineering technical problems. Putting forward solutions to major engineering accidents and engineering technical issues.
• Leading the subordinates to conduct inspection, leak detection, maintenance and transformation of pipe network and its affiliated facilities, continuously improve the timely maintenance rate, reduce the production and sales gap.
• Leading the subordinates to deal with things such as user water connection installation, pipe network leakage report and repair, complaints on water quality and water pressure.
• Leading subordinates to disassemble and install water meter, move meter and rectify meter box.
• Leading the subordinates to purchase, warehousing, distribute, use the tools for installation and maintenance.
• Leading the subordinates to establish and improve the files of installation, pipe network, valves, fire hydrants, exhaust valves.
• Leading the subordinates to stop and crack down on stealing water and damaging water supply facilities.
• Leading the subordinates to check meter reading to ensure the quality of meter reading.
• Responsible for department staff recruitment, interview and team building.
• Responsible for the professional training of the department staff to promote the ability of the staff.
• Responsible for formulating employee’s performance appraisal plan, organizing and implementing department performance Management.
• Completing other works assigned by Management
