Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other AWS services (API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
Proficiency with MySQL and database optimization
Experience with JWT-based authentication and authorization
Strong understanding of RESTful API design -Familiarity with ReactJS and integrating with frontend components
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices in cloud environments
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills -Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

United Delcot Water Ltd. is a joint venture between Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. and Delcot Water Ltd., overseeing the first water PPP project in Purbachal New Town.

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong AWS expertise to join our team and take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our internal billing system.

You will be responsible for implementing backend logic, integrating with our frontend (ReactJS), and ensuring smooth operations of our serverless architecture built on AWS Lambda.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize the backend of our billing system using Python and AWS Lambda
Design and manage MySQL database structures and queries
Integrate backend services with the ReactJS frontend
Ensure secure authentication and authorization using JWT
Monitor and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
Implement new features and ensure backward compatibility
