Responsibilities & Context

A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:

• Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance operations of all machinery and equipment in the spinning mill.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Supervise and guide a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance plans.
• Plan and manage the installation, servicing, and upgrading of spinning mill machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all mechanical activities.
• Maintain an inventory of essential spare parts and tools to support uninterrupted mechanical operations.
• Prepare and manage the mechanical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the production and electrical teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Keep detailed records of machinery performance, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in spinning mill technology and implement improvements as needed.
