Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise the production and Evaluate work output.
- Ensure daily production target as per planning.
- Follow-up the priorities of production order for smooth production process.
- Update daily production report as per work order.
- Identify production related problem, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution.
- Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine.
- Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback.
- Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
- Work with other managers to plan and direct the Production process of the organization.
- Basic activities of Costing dept.
- Basic activities of HR & Admin dept.
- To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
- To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
- Any other job assigned by the Management.
