Additional Requirements

Set production targets and goals in line with the shipment dates. Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.

Ensure that the production lines and machine layouts are optimized for efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to make necessary adjustments and improvements.

Supervise the assessment, training, and management of production personnel. Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards. Address any quality issues promptly and work with the quality assurance team to resolve them.

Develop and maintain production schedules, taking into account available resources and demand forecasts. Adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing priorities and customer needs.

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality or safety.

Promote and enforce a safe work environment, ensuring that all production activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall operational effectiveness.

Maintain open and effective communication with other departments, including Merchandising, PD, Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to ensure a smooth production process.
