- Good knowledge in Labor law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015.
- Highly energetic as needed to walk about the factory floors extensively.
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Zarina Composite Textile Industries Ltd
- Taking full responsibility of Administration, HR and Compliance issues.
- Disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company.
- Ensure that Administration, HR and Compliance Managers and Unit Managers effectively supervised by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet company’s goals and expectations.
- Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer’s compliance instruction.
- Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of administration, HR, Compliance, Production & Security issues.
- Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
- To ensure all facilities involving health& safety specially fire safety measures and procedures.
- Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
- To resolve employees grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
- To look after the transport of the factory.
- Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
- Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
- Liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, BTMEA compliance auditors, Fire service, Civil Defense & Local Thana, etc.
