Responsibilities & Context

Lantabur Apparels Ltd, is a 100% export-oriented company at RMG sector in Bangladesh, searching for a motivated, self-confident, Team bound and hard-working person Sales & Marketing for its All Over Printing unit who has capable for this position.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Asst. General Manager for Marketing of All over print.

• Identify and approach buyers, suppliers buying houses, and agents to collect work orders for garment printing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for All over printing, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, utilizing this information to develop effective sales strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company targets and ensure sustained growth in markets.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, finalize work orders, and ensure timely execution of order.
• Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and any issues affecting sales or customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards for all orders.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of printing techniques, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Any other assignment as assigned by management.
