Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Business Development for Brand Key. This role requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage sales lead generation, client relationships, supplier interactions and oversee campaign execution within specified timelines.

About Brand Key: Brand Key is an advertising agency that offers comprehensive marketing solutions. This is one of the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of 300 Ltd. established in 2012.

300 Ltd. has grown significantly to include five thriving SBUs within its organization; Brand Key, Khana’s, Jay’s Craft, Optimus Technologies and FMC. The company is supported by a dedicated workforce of over 500 permanent employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process, including generating leads, pitching to potential clients, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per client requirements.
  • Efficiently execute advertising campaigns while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans.
  • Utilize cross-functional capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as a team player, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting team members as needed.
  • Lead and manage the analysis of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for the business.
