- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes within the apparel industry
- Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
- Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively management
- Planning, scheduling and reporting strengths
Responsibilities & Context
- Work with factory quality related tasks and ensure all the Quality Management System (QMS) are executed consistently to meet buyer requirements.
- Work proactively with MCP (Manufacturing control plan) delivery, quality and product safety issues.
- Engage in TPR and coordinate with PSQA for approvals.
- Lead Target monthly improvement projects with factory CI team.
- Prepare the factory for yearly QAFA audit to get the maximum score.
- Lead all future Target Vender empowerment projects and set customer requirements in factory
