Additional Requirements

Candidate must have to be experienced working in EPZ based factory

Responsible the overall commercial activities of the factory which includes but not limited to import, export, custom & bond function etc. following regulations
Establish & maintain contact with bank, C&F, buyer, supplier, forwarder, audit firm, BEPZA, customs and other government/non-government bodies in order to ensure smooth business operations
Ensure all the registers (including in-bond & Ex-bond) are updated regularly
Prepare and update all import/export related documents for all types of audits including customs bond audit, UD, UP etc.
Ensure all the LC related activities are performed accurately without any delay
Ensure all the payments are being realized timely
Ensure all types of documents are prepared correctly within time line as well as handed over to concern authorities by stipulated schedule
Ensure smooth handling of both in-bound and out-bound goods to support uninterrupted operation

Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.

Lc and Bank related functions
