Additional Requirements

Responsible the overall custom & bond function of the Group as per government compliance.
Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, audit firm, supplier, Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI &E) regarding custom & bonds formalities
Ensure updating bond register (In bond & Ex Bond) on due time.
Ensure yearly import/export also incentive customs statement for bond audit.
To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond.
Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UD and UP.
Follow up all import L/C formalities and make sure “insurance coverage note” open according to PI collected for LC opening.
Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant document to C&F for custom clearance.
Ensure handling over relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports.
Responsible for Import permission (IP) Certificate issuing for Importing machinery from Board.
