Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• Strong negotiation & relationship management skill.

• Proficient in supply chain management software & tools.

• Excellent analytical & problem solving skill.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food & beverage industry.

• Effective communication skills in both English & Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee and manage the entire contract manufacturing process, ensuring production target, quality standards and timelines are met.

• Develop & maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Implement & monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet all regulatory & safety standards.

• Control costs associated with contract manufacturing, working to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.

• Collaborate with the supply chain & procurement teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials & timely delivery of finished products.

• Ensure all contract manufacturing activities comply with local & international regulations, including health & safety standards.
