Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in B2B/corporate sales.
At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience in paint, building materials, or chemical industries will be highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficient in sales reporting, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, project inspections, and corporate engagements.

Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to increase revenue from institutional and B2B clients, including real estate companies, construction firms, government organizations, and industrial clients.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Negotiate large-scale contracts, project deals, and supply agreements with corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.
Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events as needed.
