Whiteshell Limited is seeking a dynamic Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and execute strategies aimed at driving business growth in both institutional and corporate sales. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to develop and implement revenue-boosting strategies. We are looking for an ambitious and goal-driven Manager in Corporate Sales to join our team. This role requires building strong client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT hardware sales with proven success in meeting business goals. Job Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets. Create detailed sales plans and set performance targets on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
·Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed. Track key sales metrics, deals closed, products sold, and sales revenue to ensure targets are met.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business partnerships.
·Regularly visit existing clients to maintain relationships and present company offerings.
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT product sector, negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
·Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to achieve optimal performance. Set clear goals for the team and monitor progress.
·Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use these insights to shape and refine sales strategies. Stay informed on new IT products and emerging industry trends.
·Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
·Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring product delivery and payment collection.
·Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, client interactions, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
·Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Monitor performance and report business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
·Form strategic partnerships, organize, and monitor events, and stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
·Prepare and deliver regular sales reports for management.
·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
·Generate new customer leads, onboard new sales areas, and meet individual and team sales targets.
·Address customer inquiries and provide support to ensure high client satisfaction.
·Perform any other tasks assigned by management to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
