Responsibilities & Context

  • Applicants should have experience in the following areas:
  • customer service, order entries, PI, customer response, problem solving, credit control, garments accessories, garments trims & accessories.
  • Require knowledge of manufacturing garments accessories – Auto carton, manual carton, poly elastic, labels & tags, gum tape, heat seal, screen print & embroidery production planning vs achievement.
  • New product sample tracking towards to bulk order monitoring & delivery at customer end as well as both side smoother coordination.
  • Customer wise credit management vs collection monitor follow up to achieve monthly target achievement.
  • Coordination with accounts team regarding LC collection vs LC outstanding.
  • Coordination with commercial and dispatch team challan collection for document submit and document collection from customer end.
  • Negotiating the terms of payments with new clients & ensuring all credits and payment terms comply with internal policy.
