Additional Requirements
Age at least 35 years
Minimum 10 years of experience and at least 05 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the ceramics industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of manufacturing management software and MS Office.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
Responsibilities & Context
Assist Factory In-charges/Deputy In-charges in all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, maintenance, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline operations and resolve issues under the supervision of the Factory In charge/Dy. Factory In-charge.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Prepare and manage the operational budget, controlling expenses while maximizing output.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ceramics tile manufacturing to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead and develop factory personnel to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery to minimize downtime.
Implement quality control measures to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Liaise with R&D and marketing teams to align production with market trends and product development.
