Responsibilities & Context

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and ERP domain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of software and ERP solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
