Responsibilities & Context

• Develop comprehensive Manufacturing Project Plans / expansions, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Estimate Budget, Take CAPEX Approvals, Note Approvals from Higher Management for Project Implementation Purpose.
• Establish project milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of project plans, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Address on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Review and approve contractor and vendor invoices and manage project expenses.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure all construction projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and factory policies.
• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Oversee inspections and secure necessary certifications upon project completion.
• Develop contingency plans to address project or operational challenges proactively.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor construction activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to support project goals.
• Represent the organization in negotiations, industry events, and client engagements.
• Communicate progress and outcomes of new projects effectively to all stakeholders.
