Responsibilities & Context

JOB CONTEXT:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager with in-depth expertise in banking systems (Must experience work in foreign company & FDI Report, Foreign Accounts maintains , Foreign direct investment, etc.) and a strong understanding of modern tax and VAT regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Banking Systems Expertise:

• Oversee and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Tax and VAT Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with modern tax laws, VAT rules, and regulatory changes. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization’s financial performance.
• Handle tax planning, filing, and audits to minimize risks and ensure accurate reporting.

Financial Management:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement robust financial controls and internal policies to safeguard company assets.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on local and international financial regulations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
