Education

Additional Requirements

with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (preferably in the hospitality sector).
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and training.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with labor laws and company standards.
Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure proper staffing of all departments.
Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.
Ensure health, safety, and labor law compliance at all times.
