Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Human Resource Management

PGD in HRM is Preferable.

Experience

  • 6 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • PGD in HRM is Preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Look after the overall organization’s HR department by leading and supervising the HR Operations team through proper guidance and support.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and monitor progress with metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
  • Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to effectively integrate new hires into the organization.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
  • Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the HR and administration departments.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
