• Age at most 45 years

• Candidates having minimum 7 years related experience in reputed Knit composite Garments / Manufacturing Industries out of which 2 years in similar position are only encouraged to apply.
• Should have minimum 07 years related experience in payroll management.
• Candidates having hands on experience in managing the HR Payroll issues of Large Knit Composite Garments Factory are encouraged to apply.
• Should be self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
• Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms
• Should have very good knowledge on computer applications especially in ERP software & MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context

A renowned Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager (HR & Payroll Management) at its Head Office located in Gulshan, Dhaka.

• The Group consists of large Knit Composite Garments & Spinning Mills.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for performing ERP based Payroll & HRIS related activities of the Group Companies at Head Office independently.
• The candidate is required to generate various reports as per requirement of Head of the department and top management.
• The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge on HR issues like payroll management, attendance & leave management, recruitment, performance management, training, grievance management, labor laws etc.
