International Medicare Limited (IML) is playing a pioneering role in the health sector of Bangladesh by providing quality medical education and healthcare services. It has four key concerns: International Medical College (IMC), International Medical College Hospital (IMCH), International Nursing College (INC), and International Health Technology Unit (IHTU), with a permanent campus in Gushulia, Tongi. The Head Office is located at Bashundhara, Dhaka. The mission of International Medicare Limited (IML) is to advance healthcare services, human resource development, and the overall health of the communities. 

We are looking for a Manager, HR Division, who will lead and inspire the team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment of medical staff, faculty, and administrative personnel, ensuring credential verification.

  • Manage onboarding for healthcare professionals, including compliance with medical standards and protocols.

  • Implement performance management systems tailored to clinical staff and faculty.

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation, including medical insurance and retirement plans.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, medical licensing, and accreditation requirements.

  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and resolve disputes within a high-stress healthcare environment.

  • Develop training programs focusing on medical skills, patient care, and continuing education for healthcare staff.

  • Promote a workplace culture centered on patient safety, ethics, and professionalism.

  • Manage relations between hospital staff, faculty, students, and administrative teams.

  • Develop HR policies aligned with healthcare regulations and hospital operations.

  • Analyze workforce data on turnover rates, staffing needs, and medical staff productivity.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation to retain top medical professionals.

  • Ensure workplace health and safety, focusing on infection control and emergency protocols.

  • Foster employee engagement through wellness programs, stress management, and team-building activities.

  • Implement strategies to retain experienced healthcare professionals and reduce turnover.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
