Responsibilities & Context

Armor Bangladesh Ltd. is a leading product and solution provider of alternative banking solutions in Bangladesh. The company envisions introducing new products, solutions and services to the market besides increasing the market share of the existing ones.

We are looking for an individual to lead the marketing & customer relationship team of the organization, ensuring the sales and revenue growth of the company.

• Manage the existing market base of the company and ensure both vertical and horizontal growth.
• Continuously scan the market for any requirement of existing and new products and services.
• Work with the technology & innovation team of the company to innovate and inject new solutions in the market.
• Work with the operations team to identify and solve any issues of the existing customers.
• Any other relevant task related to the position and as per organizational need.
