Responsibilities & Context

Armor Bangladesh Ltd. is a leading product and solution provider of alternative banking solutions in Bangladesh. The company envisions introducing new products, solutions and services to the market besides increasing the market share of the existing ones.

We are looking for an individual to lead the technical operations team of the organization, ensuring proper technical and service support to the existing and potential customers.

• Manage the customer call center.
• Manage the field engineer fleet all over the country.
• Lead the SIT & UIT with potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with the OEMs to ensure proper service delivery in the market.
• Any other relevant task in the interest of the organization.
