Requirements
Education
- Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Educational Qualification Minimum Masters/MBA in related subjects.
- B.Sc or Diploma in Textile or Chemical Engineering would give preference

- Working Experience Should have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Marketing & business development in the Fiber, Filament of Textiles, Spinning, garments or buying Sourcing house.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall Marketing and sales operations, business development of Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new markets/clients for PSF products (B2B & B2C).
- The desired candidate Make Business development plan, sales and marketing strategy and execute it, also need to handle the sales & marketing of Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) sector of the Company.
- Prepare the customer database and make sales improvement plans and monitor the sales target on Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF).
- Forecast sales volumes and prepare action plan accordingly. Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions.
- Ability to handle and communicate with top management of suppliers and buyers. Participating in promotional activities and forecasting order levels.
- Distinguished contributions in the implementation of SOPs for Marketing, Cross Functional Department, Process, Production & Plant head to manage critical path to improvising on-time business execution.
- As product owner following-up client account from order inquiry to shipment inventory and supply chain.
- To follow up proper Documentation related business development and marketing in any corner. Sound knowledge on commercial matters related to Marketing.
- To perform any other tasks as ordered by higher authority.
Job Location: Initially Dhaka. Candidates have to visit plants in Chittagong any time for coordination meeting or anywhere in Bangladesh
