Requirements

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters

Minimum Masters/MBA in related subjects.
B.Sc or Diploma in Textile or Chemical Engineering would give preference

Additional Requirements

Should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Marketing & business development (of DTY, FDY & PSF) in the Fiber, Filament of Textiles, garments or buying Sourcing house.

Candidates must visit plants in Chittagong any time for coordination meeting or anywhere in Bangladesh

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Support to & responsible for the Marketing and sales operations, business development of DTY, FDY & PSF (Polyester Filament, Polyester Staple Fiber) product.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the PFY and PSF sectors (DTY, FDY & PSF).
Prepare reports on customer needs, pricing benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
Support senior management in acquiring new clients (B2B) for PFY and PSF products, including textile manufacturers, garment exporters, and industrial buyers. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by coordinating with the sales team, logistics, and production departments.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and process orders efficiently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, trade show participation, and promotional activities for DTY, FDY & PSF products.
Develop product presentations and technical documentation for client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and order statuses in CRM systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and export/import regulations.
Liaise with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to address client feedback and align product offerings with market demands.
To follow up proper documentation related to business development and marketing in any corner.
To perform any other tasks as ordered by higher authority.
