• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate relations (preferably in the healthcare industry).
• Preference will be given to former military and administrative officers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of successful partnerships and business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of internal control systems.
• Good knowledge of budget and budgetary control.
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the international partnership management system.
• Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, or other FMIS).
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Ability to plan and optimize the use of available resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate collaboration agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance business growth.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all partnerships.
• Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance and opportunities.
