Responsibilities & Context

• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of power plant equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Should have an experience on electrical development work.
• Knowledge about AutoCAD(2D) drawing as well as electrical drawing.
• Should have an experience on Electrical Sub- 33/11 KV & 11/.415 KV Station, HT, LT, PFI unit operation and maintenance.
• Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.
• Gas & Diesel Generator electrical & mechanical maintenance.
• Must have experience in communicating with gas and arabi offices for any file approval and development work.
• Solar power system operation & maintenance & development.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the power plant operations.
• Managing the budget and financial resources of the power plant.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations and health and safety laws.
• Coordinating and planning the generation and distribution of power.
• Inspecting and reviewing the operational activities of the plant and making necessary adjustments.
• Training, supervising, and managing the performance of plant personnel.
• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant environment.
• Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
• Ensure that production efficiency, quality, and performance are maintained at high levels.
• Conduct performance reviews of team members to ensure productivity and identify areas needing improvement.
• Coordinate plant activities with departmental managers to ensure total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and manpower.
• Establish and monitor plant’s performance as per standards.
• Preparing reports on power production, operational efficiency, and plant maintenance.
• Communication with SCM for Ordering, materials, and equipment for power plant operations.
