PRO level communication skills in English.

Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.

Responsibilities & Context

Here is a chance for you to join one of the fastest growing sustainable denims production company in Bangladesh. For our business expansion, we are looking for the best minds, self-motivated highly experienced professionals (DENIM CATEGORY only) to join our Design & Development team to make more louder NOIZE.

Research & Trend Analysis
Study market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
Analyze fabric innovations, washes, and finishing techniques.
Collaborate with designers to create trend-right denim collections.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
Source denim fabrics, trims, and accessories from suppliers.
Evaluate fabric quality, weight, stretch, and sustainability aspects.
Work with mills and vendors to develop custom fabrics if needed.
Product Design & Development
Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop denim styles.
Create technical specifications (tech packs) including measurements, stitching, and construction details.
Select washes, finishes, and distressing techniques for the best aesthetic and performance.
Sampling & Prototyping
Work with sample rooms and factories to create prototypes.
Review samples for fit, construction, and wash accuracy.
Provide feedback and revisions to improve final production quality.
Vendor & Factory Coordination
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding timelines and requirements.
Negotiate costs, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and lead times.
Ensure production aligns with quality standards and deadlines.
Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct fabric and garment testing (shrinkage, colorfastness, durability, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability regulations.
Oversee production runs to maintain consistency in quality.
Costing & Budget Management
Calculate production costs, material expenses, and labor costs.
Optimize processes to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
Work with the merchandising team to achieve target price points.
Production & Delivery Management
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot any issues related to production delays or quality concerns.
Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth shipping and delivery.
Sustainability & Innovation
Implement eco-friendly practices such as water-saving washes, organic cotton, and recycled denim.
Stay updated on new denim technologies like laser finishing and ozone washing.
Work towards sustainable and ethical production processes.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with designers, buyers, merchandisers, and marketing teams.
Provide technical support for product launches and marketing campaigns.
Ensure that the final product aligns with brand identity and business goals.
