Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Parbatipur (Dinajpur District), Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production plan, budget, and timelines based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and control raw materials, supplies, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure efficient production.
- Assist in new product development and enhancements.
- Conduct meetings to keep track of production schedules.
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards as required specifications.
- Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve any operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve production issues related to quality.
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
- Coordinate and report to Management accordingly.
