Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Parbatipur (Dinajpur District), Bangladesh

Responsibilities

Perform real-time checks during the manufacturing process to detect any deviations from the standard.
Sampling and analysis of the raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods as per guidelines.
Develop, approve, and periodically review quality management procedures, technical manuals, and quality manual documentation.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and process evaluations; monitor compliance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure product parameters according to the quality plan.
Ensure that finished products are accurately labeled, sealed and packaged according to the company and regulatory guidelines.
To reduce manufacturing faults by maintaining product quality according to the standard.
Ensure product quality meets buyer standards and specifications.
Monitor production workflows to ensure quality and safety.
Coordinate the quality of the production and report to Management accordingly
