Additional Requirements

At least 3-4 years experience in similar position at reputed garments industry.
Have sound knowledge on floor/line management, production management (sewing, cutting, finishing & pattern).
Willingness to work under pressure.
Can cope up with any kind of situation.
Able to understand and speak in English.
Familiar with windows XP, MS office suite, e-mail etc.

Responsible to handle all activities related to knit garments production.
Conduct Pre-production and In-Line inspections following the standard policies, procedures and guidelines of the company with the objective to ensure quality from the very beginning of the production process.
Able to handle buyer’s order independently starting from cutting to shipment.
Check and monitor the production capacity and stock of fabrics & accessories are aligned with the production planning in order to avoid short shipment or late shipment.
Able to anticipate production problems and work proactively to resolve them prior to production.
Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.
Maintain / monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.
Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).
