Responsibilities & Context

Sales Responsibility:

  • Achieving individual sales target with full sales team target & product team target.
  • Require strong leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.
  • Required practical experience Real Estate Industries.
  • Must have practical experience on Team Management.
  • Leadership Quality.
  • Achieve monthly sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Selling available products of the organization.
  • Understand property paper.
  • Respond to sales inquiry.
  • Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.
  • Achieving target given by the management.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
  • Deal with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining clients’ database, maintain sales & others reports.
  • Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plan.
  • Organize & participate in sales related events.
  • Ability to do Team Work.
  • Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
  • Right attitudes for promoting company’s product and brand image.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.
  • Provide the leads to the executive after following up if owner/seller/buyer are interested to sell/buy his/her apartments & Lands & monitor it.
  • Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.
  • Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
  • Required practical experience on Real Estate industries.
  • Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
  • Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.

  • Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.
  • Update daily & monthly report of their activities.

    Product Responsibility:

  • Property Hunting monitoring (Apartment/Land) for the organization.
  • Monitoring property inquiry.
  • Property Visit & Negotiation with seller & ready product.
  • Monitoring property picture collect, shoot video, preserve property data.
  • Complete MOU with seller & create deed of agreements.
  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.
  • Achieving target given by the management.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential seller.
  • Deal with prospective seller.
  • Maintaining clients’ database, maintain sales & others reports.
  • Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly product report.
  • Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.
  • Prepare and analyze property stock statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Organize & participate in property related events.
  • Achieve property data collection target to ensure profitability of the organization.
  • Ability to do Team Work.
  • Presenting company product and services to the clients.
  • Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
  • Right attitudes for promoting company’s product and brand image.
  • Collect property data from the field on daily basis.
  • Provide the leads to the executive after following up if owner/seller is interested to sell his/her apartments & Lands.

  • Hang a branding singe board of property index in every building when it is required.
  • Collect the image/photos of apartments that will be sold.
  • Collect/provide any documents to the owner or seller if necessary.
  • Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
  • Need experience for apartment & land information hunting.

    Note: Those who have Motorcycle they will get preference first.
