Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for Bangladesh fabrics business Sales & Operations And managing customer relationships, Handling team of Merchandiser (BD team & China team, from new customers and enquiries generated from existing customers and markets. Handle the complexities of the sampling and extended order confirmation process, maintains high-quality standards, and meets delivery expectations. They also manage risks to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments.
