Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales expert.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare a monthly effective sales plan and sales report.
Identify and engage with potential clients, maintaining long-term business relationships.
Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements that deliver value for both client and company.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Provide strategic insights and regular updates to senior management.
