Resas Chemie Bangladesh Ltd. is a Turkey Bangladesh joint venture company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven  Manager for Sales & Marketing specializing in Flexo Ink. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to expand market presence.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Flexo Ink segment.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

3. Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Flexo Ink products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and sales tools.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

4. Technical Support

• Provide basic technical guidance to clients regarding Flexo Ink applications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for advanced troubleshooting and product customization.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ activities.
