Responsibilities & Context
- Conducting sales forecasts and determining monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities.
- Developing sales plan with the Sales team.
- Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining a good relationship with agents/dealers.
- Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
- Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
- Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
- Assisting in the training and development of new sales members.
- Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.
- Evaluating the team members’ performance.
- Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by the company.
- Closely follow up Agent-wise Target versus Achievement in terms of Credit utilization and synchronization and act accordingly.
- Be aware of credit management and recovery.
- Responsible for Credit Recovery if any bad debts are there.
- Ensure maximum selling price of DOC to enhance profitability.
