Responsibilities & Context
- Conversant to Company Regulatory works, RJSC, IRC,ERC.
- Preparing Company yearly Accounts & Audit statements for income tax submission.
- Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within the group.
- Prepare Individual income tax calculation for Directors and submit concerned tax authority accordingly.
- Pursue Company legal matters.
- Accountable for all types of registration & renewal activities such as Trade License, Freight Forwarding License, BAFFA membership renewal etc.
- Develop and execute strategic Tax planning for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to maintain business integrity.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure financial viability.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Represent the company in external forums, industry events, and regulatory meetings to enhance company reputation and influence.
- Post Audit and Pre audit, visit to the respective office & team.
