Job Location

Factory – Bhabanipur Gazipur

Responsibilities:

  • The purpose of this position is to perform all necessary tasks related to company systems, including troubleshooting any store-related issues. The role also involves overseeing the development and implementation of systems through all phases of the process, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the store management function.
  • Ensure the proper storage of all raw materials, finished goods, chemicals, packing materials, mechanical and electrical equipment, and spare parts.
  • Maintain safety stock levels and plan inventory to support smooth production operations.
  • Ensure the proper receipt and storage of waste products in designated areas and within specified timeframes.
  • Discuss daily requirements with all departments and prepare indents as per factory SOP.
  • Monitor local purchases and conduct random price verifications.
  • Verify that purchased items meet the correct specifications and quantities.
  • Receive imported raw materials, chemicals, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with L.C. requirements, and report via email.
  • Understand logistic requirements and coordinate transport to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Regularly inspect inventory cards, ledgers, and MIS to update and monitor the store management system using factory ERP software.
  • Maintain and update daily store registers and related reporting documentation.
  • Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy across software records, physical stock, and bin cards.
  • Oversee documentation, issuing, receipts, warehousing, inventory, and software entries for raw materials, finished goods, and machinery.
  • Any other task given by management.
