Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: “We are seeking a suitable candidate with experience as a Store Manager in a Spinning Mill.”
Job Description / Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations of the store department in the spinning mill, ensuring efficient management of inventory and materials.
-
Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
-
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock.
-
Plan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and other consumables required for production and maintenance.
-
Monitor and control the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery to various departments, minimizing production delays.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications to prevent discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

Implement and maintain a computerized inventory management system for easy tracking and monitoring of stock levels.
-
To maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth material flow and timely procurement.

Ensure that all store operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Supervise and train store personnel to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
