Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and providing guidance to the secondary sales team for achieving company’s goal.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan and creating communication to acquire new secondary products for buy and sale.
  • Creating a strong client data base to ensure approaching on a regular basis for closing potential deals.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, self-monitoring and also monitoring of team members.
  • Checking up on sales team to protect the best interest of the company.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents to expand the customer base.
  • Ensuring proper hospitality to potential clients during meetings with sales team.
  • To follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
  • New Customer generation & visit to prospective customer frequently.
