Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor food quality, menu consistency, and presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
• Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain cost control, reduce wastage, and ensure profitability.
