Responsibilities & Context
Candidate should have work experience with Accord/RSC, Alliance or with any other relevant third-party certification body.
Risk assessment capacity of Utility and to take action for resolving the issues.
To install & monitor LPG, CNG, SNG, Chiller and others utility equipment.
To Installation service & monitor Boiler, Generator, Compressor regularly.
To ensure service, repair & maintain Mechanical parts of Heavy equipment.
Direct or participate in supervision to layout, installations of the equipment & machinery, testing and operation.
Plan & implement Daily, Scheduled & Preventive Maintenance to minimize breakdown of mechanical equipment’s of all factory machines.
Maintenance of pneumatic, Air compressor, hydraulic & vacuum System.
Design & prepare new machine tools, substitute machine Parts & supportive production tools for better efficiency.
Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC – 2006.
Any other relevant task assigned by management.
