Responsibilities & Context
Proven experience leading Research and Development initiatives to create innovative washes and finishes.
Technically sound and capable of handling any type of washing development across diverse fabrics.
Deep, specialized knowledge of knit and non-denim garments.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of washing defects, with a proven track record of diagnosing and eradicating production issues to maintain strict quality standards.
Ability to make independent, high-level decisions regarding production priorities and troubleshooting on the factory floor.
Strong management skills with experience handling both factory labour and technical staff effectively.
Focused on increasing overall plant efficiency and output.
Active focus on reducing chemical costs and minimizing water consumption without compromising quality.
Deep knowledge of sustainable, green washing technologies and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
