Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange brand-wise campaigns and cycle plan activities to drive effective promotion and sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor marketing activities to ensure the right message reaches the right target group.
- Ensure effective utilization of the yearly budget for optimal brand exposure.
- Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
- Conduct strategic business meetings, cycle plan meetings, and strategic product discussions with existing and new sales teams.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
- Manage and initiate events to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Implement marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
